A Lifeline for Local Mums, Babies & Tamariki

This Christmas, we’re asking our community for something we’ve never had to ask for before: help to keep our lifeline alive.

For nearly five years, Mums4Mums and Treasured Tamariki ECE have supported mums, babies, children, and whānau through some of their toughest moments.
❤️ We’ve operated as a social enterprise
❤️ We’ve provided safe, nurturing early education
❤️ We’ve supported mums who had nowhere else to turn
❤️ We’ve carried the cost of extra staff to support children with special needs
❤️ We’ve run our Kai programme 4 days a week—even without receiving the equity funding we should have qualified for

But today, we’re at a critical point.

Because of underfunding, unpaid fees, poor early financial advice, and a recent enrolment drop, we are facing a severe financial shortfall. If we cannot secure urgent support by 21 December, Treasured Tamariki may be forced into insolvency—taking Mums4Mums down with it.

This would mean:
❗ Children losing their safe space
❗ Mums losing crucial support
❗ A community without a vital lifeline during the hardest time of year
