Leading 160 volunteers for her charity Mums4Mums, CJ provides the support and relief that new mums need. Her aspiration is to extend this network of mentors, advocates, and friends to help mothers across Aotearoa. Get to know CJ and the incredible work Mums4Mums does in this video.

Helping to address the overwhelming stress and isolation new mothers can experience, Mums4Mums pairs experienced mums with new mums to provide them with emotional and practical nurturing and support. Mums4Mums is the first finalist in the Heart of the Community Award!
