Our Services
What makes Treasured Tamariki truly special is our heart for people — not just tamariki, but the whole whānau. As a centre powered by Mums4Mums Charitable Trust, our team is passionate about creating a space that feels like home. We go beyond the classroom to build real relationships with families, offer wraparound support when life gets tough, and ensure no one ever feels alone in their parenting journey. Our kaiako are more than educators — they’re encouragers, listeners, and cheerleaders for every child and caregiver who walks through our doors.
Our Philosophy
“Every child is a taonga – a treasure to be nurtured, respected, and celebrated.”
At Treasured Tamariki, we believe that tamariki learn best when they feel safe, loved, and free to be themselves. Our centre is built on three big-hearted values:
Tūhonohono | Connecting
We love learning about each family’s unique story and celebrating the many cultures that make up our beautiful community. Your child’s identity matters — and it’s honoured here, every single day.
Mahi Ngātahi | Collaborating
We believe in doing life together — whānau, teachers, tamariki, and the wider community. It takes a village, and we’re proud to be part of yours.
Manaaki me te Tautoko | Caring & Support
From cuddles to confidence-building, we’re here for your child’s full journey — emotionally, socially, physically, and beyond. Every child is known, supported, and treasured.

Early Learning & Loving Care
Garden to Table Nutrition
We grow kai, cook it together, and enjoy delicious, healthy snacks — straight from our garden to your child’s plate. (We’re nut-free, too!)
Special Events
We love to party (in the educational kind of way)! From Matariki to Mother’s Day, and from dress-up days to cultural celebrations, we create meaningful memories for tamariki and whānau alike.
A Centre with Heart
Treasured Tamariki is proudly part of Mums4Mums Charitable Trust. That means every dollar goes back into caring for our families, improving our spaces, and supporting parents in need — especially solo mums and migrant whānau.
